                        The platform is Lithium. And yes, it should be a lot more stable than what we have now.



                        Basically we haven't had much in the way of IT support for over a year now. Fortunately, the deal with Lithium includes THEM taking care of all the IT, and they're used to handling some very big customers and forums - AT&T, Best Buy, Lenovo, Home Depot, Verizion, etc.



                        We're going to be launching a bit earlier than what we ideally wanted, but we don't feel we have a choice. Frankly, the forums now are dreadful, and while it would be nice to launch with everything triple tested and with all bugs exterminated and features / visual tweaks done (especially after the HC 2.0 jive), but IMO, it's better to have software that you don't have to wait five minutes for it to respond when you try to make a post, and then refine it then to keep making everyone suffer through... this ... while we're refining it behind the scenes.



                        I'm cautiously optimistic that it's all going to be okay in the end.
