I have to put my foot on it to push it all the way down so the volume's at zero. If I take my foot of, the pedal raises a bit from the little rubber washer thingy and some of the sound comes through. I have to stomp on the pedal in the toe down position to get it to stay on because it will swell on as I push it and then cut off. Terribly annoying.
