Members BAXANDALL
So I got a Macbook Pro and purchased a Presonus fire studio doohicky. I was using Cubase Studio 4 on my other computer and it is platform free software. Should I install it on the mac or look for a new and exciting daw software? That said, I don't have $700 for ProTools.

Members iodine74
Logic is $200 in the App Store I think. Not sure if the JamPacks come with it or with the $30 Mainstage app.
Members juri
Everyone with macs usually talks about Garangeband or Logic. Didn't the presonus come with software?
Members BAXANDALL
I ended up getting Logic in the app store. Thnx again. I also purchased an external mac friendly 3Tb hard drive for backups. Juri you're right. I just checked and the presonus comes with something called Studio One Artist. I think I'm keeping Logic though.
