The delay itself was very cold and sterile (some may call it "precise"), similar to the old Boss DD3 but with a tone control (which could tame the highs but not make it warmer). Members jnepo1 Posted March 7, 2013 Members Share Posted March 7, 2013 The Animal is a good Plexi. The mini toggle allows you to get the Plexi and the modern Plexi sound. Blue Note is a smooth overdrive. Stack them together gives you some excellent tonal options. Their high end series "Afterburner" is another marvelous pedal, but not for the $500 asking price.
