Watched this movie yesterday for the first time.  As a child of the 90's I was really excited to see some of the bands that were a huge part of my youth.

After watching the movie I couldn't help but think of what an incredible douche bag Thurston Moore is the whole film.

Any body else feel this way?

I saw Sonic Youth open for Neil Young in '91. They were awful, it seemed as if they didn't know how to handle not being recieved as rock gods so they took it out on the audience. At one point Thurstron threw his guitar off the stage, looked at his guitar tech and pointed down at it until the tech climbed down and retrieved it. He put it on and kept playing, and you couldn't hear any difference. I've liked some of the stuff they've done since then, but I stopped being a fan that night.
