Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the problem, but it looks like Amazon just shipped you the wrong product. They should pay return shipping since it's their error. I got one for the same price from Guitar Center. Its the second one I've had (sold off the first one) and I have never had a problem with either. If that's the actual manual that goes with that pedlol (and I'm not doubting you, I'm just too lazy to check), than the peeps at radial messed up big time.The naming is confusing to say the least, I'm not even surprised that some webmaster got it wrong...Both units look extremely similar and have almost identical names.Send that thing back and demand what you thought you were ordering. There's the Big Shot ABY, Big Shot I/O, Big Shot Mix, etc. Anyway, Amazon is good with returns, so it will only cost some time and inconvenience to sort it out.
