i think Curtis Novak mentioned on the offsetguitars forum that they aren't the same as previous wrhb's construction-wise.

 

here we go:

" Have had a little time to look at it and rework the pickups...

They are a new version, they are made by G&B Pickups. 

Same basic guts of all the other reissues. 

Heavily waxed with black foam instead of the white cotton.

Same bar magnet, and steel screws

The cover is a little different material but same basic shape.

Sounds like the same design as the old "reissues", which are completely different internally than the originals from the 1970s.
