I was torn between that & a PRRI a couple of years ago & opted for the Princeton. I often wish I would've spend the extra $100 or so for The Deluxe. The 65 DRRI is a great amp. Damn things are over a grand now new. Turn em up past 4-5 and they start getting nice and creamy. They take pedals well.
