Members colormebloodred
the picture is from gigantour i believe, looks like a stilletto in the rack to me also looks like he's ditched the esps for an ibanez going to gigantour, myself, in a few hours. expect a tone report. Members LithiumZero
I saw last sunday's show. Nevermore was awesome. Dillinger Escape Plan was AWESOMELY BAD! Sounded like everyone was playing a different song at the same time. Dream Theater was great as well.
Members somata
that's not the usual other guitar player...unless brian benoit has left the band and that is his replacement?

Members naskonja
we played with them earlier this year at the epicenter, yeah stilletto in full effect.. whats funny is i thought we had better tone with a dual recto and a triple XXX on crunch channel lol they rocked hard though, guitarist was climbing all sorts of things, playing upside down ect it was crazy

Members Gypsyfan
I heard brian hurt his arm and had to have a stand in for awhile. I liked the Recto tone better too.

Members Prehistoricpain
They are one of my favourite bands and i have yet to have a chance to see them, but from what i hear, they put on an intense show.

Members NITEFLY182
Its funny to watch the other guy play some of the chord voicings though. The intro to the mullet burden is a pretty rough stretch and the guy pulls the guitar up to his neck for it and has to hold this wierd pose. Members Code-001
I don't know music. I thought they were the worst band at Gigantour when I went. I couldn't stand their music; I couldn't comprehend any of it. It was just....noise. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Members NITEFLY182
clearly they were a poor choice for gigantour. A bunch of commercial rock/metal bands paired up with an underground noisecore act never works. Im going to go out on a limb and generalize that the fans of dream theater, megadeth, and nevermore are probably a more shallow and less diverse crowd than the average dillinger show. They like the average metal theme as opposed to awkward time signatures and abrasive songs. Dream theater is basically U2 now anyway. Dont take offense at my statement, Its just my experiance with fans of the aformentioned bands.

Members NITEFLY182
like I said it was just an opinion. Until dillinger had a hit on headbangers ball, almost no one knew who they were.

You'll get underground metal people that hate "commercial" metal, and vice versa. It sucks, but that's the way it goes I guess.
