Members LetThereBeRock
I have a 50W, 2x12 JMP combo, and its come time to replace the tubes. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions? I'm not looking to drastically change the sound of the amp - just wondering if there's a standard set of power/pre-amp tubes that people perfer in these models. Members Gooma
I have a set of SED Winged C El 34`s in my plexi, have EH 12ax7`s in the pre amp section, they sounds good to my ears at least.Brad
Members Jelle
I think SED's are closest to a "standard set" if there's any.I currently use JJ E34L's and have used EH's and original Svetlana's (before Reflektor took the name). I think I liked the Svetlana's (=SED) best.
