Members magh8 Posted December 30, 2005 Members Share Posted December 30, 2005 I just got a set of JJ 12ax7's for my powerball from eurotubes.com what a frickin diff.I am now able to controll the feedback the stock amp would produce.I did not even have to use my decimator at practice tonight.any body replace the powertubes yet?if so with what and how much did the amp improve as far as cutting thru,low end response,ect?I am curious and thinking about trying some new jj 6L6 powertubes.what should the amp be biased at.I imagine stock is set pretty cold...
