Instrumental? Doug Smith is a player that is not only technically great, but has beautiful tone. Amazing songwriter too...listen to the tune "Charitable Charlitan".

Opeth's Damnation is a great semi acoustic/clean guitar cd...very mellow and somewhat trippy.

The Mantle is good but the recording quality sucks.....I kept thinking how great it would sound if they had Opeth's production quality.

Ashes Against the Grain has better quality.

Tommy Emmanuel, greatest guitarist on the planet. He has a command of the instrument which ive not seen anywhere else

                            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db_Wdlde0hU

                            http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryG1RR2qtLo

Theres a reason Chet Atkins called him the greatest guitarist of all time

Check out Nick Drake... he only put out like 3 albums before he died, any one of them is excellent, I recommend Pink Moon.
