    24-3/4"?

The community here was awesome but the digs & spirit of the place has been in decline ever since it became a business venture rather than a simple collective and this latest gong show really brought the chickens home to roost.Necessity is the mother of invention, ergo: www.guitarampboard.com.So long and thanks for all the fish, love izzy.

I can hear the blues pentatonic parts, but there's definitely some sections where he steps outside of that, and this is what I want to learn.

Are there any good sites for looking up these scales?

The song was transcribed in GW a couple months ago IIRC.

switch back and forth between C natural minor and F dorian (which is E Flat Maj but the positioning in Dorian may help you visualize the phrases easier.)
and you should be able to pick out all of his licks

I play mostly by ear. The only scale I really know is the minor pentatonic. I need to study. Is there a good reference site where I can look up these scales?

My favortie version of "Since I've Been Loving You" is from his performance on the MSG performance on the dvd set. He really rocks it out much more on that performance, especially on the intro. Does anyone know what's he's playing for that intro?

Yes, I love the MSG version much better. Also, the performance shown on the 2 disc box set, and the one from "The Song Remains the Same" are from different nights in the MSG concerts, I prefer "The Song.." through and through...especially for "Dazed and Confused" the 25 minute version
