Members mhenson42 Posted July 24, 2010 Author Members Share Posted July 24, 2010 The Axe FX is pretty awesome. I have the Ultra, but I just got that since I'm a geek about having the best one. I really just use the drive, amp model, eqs, reverb/delay sometimes and out the the Fryette - so a Standard would be just fine. It's pretty easy to tweak too. Sound is subjective, but after having owned just about every high gainer you can imagine, I'm perfectly satisfied with the Axe. soooooo..... How much are you trying to get for yours? Last time I had it up I had it at $2700 shipped but after the guitar I wanted sold I just took it down.
