Members Rydock
I happened to find one lying around. I couldn't find much about it online, but it seems to be good for kick drums or something.
Members misle
I have one that I use for kick drum. I've never tried it on a cab though.

Members jubb
maybe try throwing in behind your cab and flipping the polarity on it. I've been wanting to try it with an e602. works good with a 421.
Members sled
it's a decent bass , kick or floor tom mic. does it suck at gtr cab? no, but I wouldn't consider it a go to mic.
Members Rydock
Hm I see. I probably won't give it a try then. I really need to get me an sm57
Members LordOVchaoS
Give it a try, you can always EQ around it. I've heard some really good clips over the years with Radio Shack quality computer mics

Members Rydock
Hahaha okay I'll try it. I'm using a cheap karaoke mic right now, and the overall tone is pretty good, but it's a bit fizzy for some reason. I'm thinking it might be the mic because I tried a lot of different positions. Members LordOVchaoS
It will be better than the cheap karaoke mic.

Members newholland
Bump for the night crowd? Anybody else have experience with this mic? i do-- it's a great floor tom mic. that's the place it shone for me- but i'd think it'd sound scooped out as all hell. i've used d112s for guitar-- but only to augment a massive bottom end-- mixed with a 57 or something more mid-centric, it could be a fantastic combo mic. I see thanks for this. I'll try to listen for this when I try it out later today.
