Members bkbkev
Has anyone converted a PRRI to a head or, better yet, have experience with how it sounds placed in front of a couple of 12s? I love my Princeton but would like to have the option of a "bigger sound" some times. Something about a head/cab combo does it for me-just personal preference. Members 57GLDTP
This is a 66 PR that was converted in 1969. I love it through a single 12 or a 2X12. 57GT:)
Members bkbkev
Sweet amp. How's the clean headroom on it? I don't have any experience using my amp with different cabs/ speakers so I'm curious how it affects the perceived loudness and headroom.
Members guitarcapo
Just buy a PR kit and make it into a head. Then it will be PTP wired and the same cost with less work.
