BTW, I know you had the Valvetronix and used the Fender Blackface a lot. This is just about the only model I use on mine and I love it. Members Dr.Picklebottom Posted November 15, 2010 Members Share Posted November 15, 2010 it really is just about perfect. a clean channel and reverb just isnt realistic at all for this price but those would be nice. i put a high gain sovtek 12ax7c in v1 to get a little more gain but maintain the same basic tone (it comes with sovtek 12ax7a) but its pretty great as is.
