Members DARKMETL/
Wow, what a spectacular book documenting the birth of the BAy Area thrash scene in 1982. The authors are the photographers and friends of all the bands at the time (metallica, slayer, exodus, testament, possessed, vio-lence etc). Ridiculous pics of an exciting time if you were into that scene at the time. I got Kill 'em All for christmas in1983 and Show No Mercy in feb 1984 so thrash has been my life's soundtrack since then. The book is completely beyond expectations. Tons of great live and personal behind the scenes stuff. WELL worth it. http://www.bazillionpoints.com/murder-in-the-front-row-by-brian-umlaut-lew-harald-o-oimoen/
Members DARKMETL/
Also just got the new Iron Maiden book On Board Flight 666 as well. It is a beautiful document of the Somewhere Back In Time tour as well as documenting Ed Force One. AWESOME.

Members DARKMETL/
Yeah Ovid, the dvd is great. Really pay attention to the South American portion of the dvd. Utterly amazing the reaction the band gets down there.
