My combined internet/phone/cable bill is $205 a month. That's absurd. I hardly ever watch tv...if the tv is on, I'm on the xbox or the PS3. My internet is spotty, have to reset the friggin router about 5 times a week, and I have digital signal breakup on the tv half the time. Honestly, my picture quality and reliability were better with Direct tv 8 years ago. So, the room mate switched to FIOS last month, so I'm gonna just split that bill with him. Signed up today for Vonnage, and am now starting to migrate all my bills and {censored} over to my hotmail account. I expect some hilarity as I'm sure to forget a couple. I know the room mate won't let the FIOS get turned off...he's spending every waking moment on the new Star Wars MMO , and since I started piggy backing off his FIOS, I haven't had to reset the router once.
