Members sneakerpimp Posted January 23, 2012 Members Share Posted January 23, 2012 not claiming to be true vintage or anything... just sayin'. i've had her for a little over a year now and spent most of that time (and some money) dressing her up right: ABR-1 conversion, Gotoh aluminum tailpiece, Hipshot Xtender, custom 3-ply pickguard with black screws, 1-ply blank trussrod cover, period-correct pre-owned chrome Grover tulip tuners, relic'd knob pointers, white switch tip. ...looking forward to many more years with her! Members sneakerpimp Posted January 23, 2012 Author Members Share Posted January 23, 2012 thanks fellas. she has a lot of little nicks mostly around the edges, some painted over, but no major gouges on the top and no swirl marks. the pickguard was a mess though, like someone put steel wool to it... the new one made a huge difference.
