Replaced the tubes in V1 and V2 but left a new tung-sol in V3. Output. The tubes didn't even glow when I replaced them. What am I doing wrong? I can provide pictures. Here is a picture of what it all looks like now: I unplugged it from the wall when I changed tubes, and I let it warm up for a minute before trying to play it.
