Great crunch, tight bottom end, and the right amount of mids and highs. The Invader had to much output and not defined enough/dark...cant really put my finger on it. This thing weighs next to nothing. If I had to really compare it to something else tone-wise...maybe a better tuned up combo of an X2N and my Parker stinger bridge pup which I love and an EMG.
