    That made me Hard.......

Srsly though they sound extremely similar, almost to close to tell.

More bottom end on the 100 watt.

For the money Jet City amps are hard to beat.
I endorse Laura & Valve Queen tubes, you should too.Marshall, Gibson, Fender, Charvel/Jackson."I'm happy to pay my tech $40 bucks to take the Zap for me."One kick-butt deal with johnpace2 Dave Friedman of RACKSYSTEMS is a genius. After the Firebird X, i'm quite convinced Henry Juszkiewicz is crazy.Member of the JMP Hall of Fame.

I think I like the JCA better. Is that really a camera mic you used to record those sounds? Because it sounds damn good.

JCA because of the bite/clarity! For thrash. Ok not a world of difference but for this instance I like it more than its...original brother.
"is this tone obtainable using the HD500 or Axe Fx? Overall, for convenience and volume control, should I buy the Axe Fx over actual tube amps? I don't plan on playing loud; just playing at home and recording on my Mac. Thanks man, you are awesome!

                  short answer: no...

                  long answer: no way..."

I mic'd a V30 in the Ear Candy and a ET65 in the Kress cab with sm57's. I used my mac and an Apogee duet.
