        Fender Special Run.

"FSR" stands for Fender Special Run. These products are specially commissioned by individual dealers and built to their specifications. As they aren't regular production models, FSR instruments and amps aren't generally available to every dealer, and Fender seldom provide specs or listings for them on its website. Your local dealer, however, should be able to provide detailed specs for any FSR products they offer.

Sometimes it hardly works at all. A year ago it actually backfired. The guy at the outboard motor repair shop where I bring it says this is common with an old Johnson.)

Yeah, I thought it was Factory Special Run as well.

Where did that blurb come from? MF? They **************** things up sometimes. On the Charvel pro mods, I remember the page said something like "With all the professional modifications you want" But it frickin stands for Production Model.
