Members jenksdrummer
2.7MM thick pick. Really? REALLY? {censored}ing hell. Dunlop Orange bitch! .60MM.
Members noisemaker1
the thicker picks just sound more aggressive... Shouldn't such a cork-sniffing review be done through a proper mic and recording gear?
Members rushtallica
I don't like very point picks like the jazz III but also use a 1.50 mm Dunlop Tortex and wouldn't want to use a 2.0 mm or more. I'm not sure I'd even want to try something under 1.15 mm. I used to shred through 0.75's constantly when I used thins, and the last time I tried one it felt like trying to pick with notebook paper. Members DarkHorseJ27
I've tried the v-picks and have use the Dunlop jazz III, and there is a larger difference than you can hear in the video. I am a fan of the v-picks, though $4 a pick makes you learn not to lose them.
Members metalhobo
2.7MM thick pick. Really? REALLY?{censored}ing hell. Dunlop Orange bitch! .60MM. Yep. Sometimes I'll move up yellow 0.72 mm if I'm playing my Jackson tuned down to B with bridge cables for strings.
Members roughtrade
If I could trade my fingers I would trade them for Chet's or Tommy's. Picks, I like ultex and wegen.

Members superflyinmonke
How can he say that there's a big difference in the bottom end when he's only playing the top 4 strings?
Members ShaneV2
I've tried a few of the v picks. I'll still take my jazz IIIs or Hercos. I think I just like nylon.

Members Valtiel
These things are actually very popular, and for good reason. Anyone talking trash that hasn't played one needs to check one out. I personally don't like them but I can see why others do.
Members Cliff Fiscal
It's a piece of plastic (HDPE?) in different shapes and polished up. $3-4 each. Erm....no way. I'm not dogging the product or the company. I'm just weirded out by the presentation and sales pitch........not to mention the warped psychos that HAVE to HAVE a V pick to play guitar. It's a pick......I just think people have too much time on their hands.

Members Cliff Fiscal
throw it on the table to hear if it's a good pick. Obviously. V pick wins that challenge.
Members r0bo01
switched to med. pointed v's (yeah, 2.75) from dunlop .73 sharpies. there's some added harmonic content, plus you don't need as much picking force to achieve the same volume. and they stay in your fingers as advertised. some technique overhaul (less rt. hand motion) is necessary, but nothing that a good teacher wouldn't have you do.so yeah, i like 'em...
