Fill a bottom half (cut by the metal divider) two or three layers deep. Stir the {censored} out of it. Turn heat on high. Step back. "But I gots to turn the handle!!!" Shaddup. Listen. What was that? A sizzle? Yep. That was a sizzle. "A sizzle!!! Turn the handle! Turn the mother{censored}ing handle!" Shaddup. Listen. Another sizz... you know the drill. A pop. Okay. Turn the handle slowly. Once. You know the drill... Turn the handle slowly. Once. Hold out all the way, goin' slow. Just keep it from burning. It's a dance just like making roux. And there you go. Happy New Years.
