  • Anyone try the new Ampeg GVT series amps?

Has anyone actually played one yet? How are they/what type of music are they geared towards?

Sorry, forgot to add that I am a Marine currently deployed and my internet access does not allow me to watch videos or listen to clips

the quick rundown is the 5 watt is a treble bass volume setup, 15 watt is mid treble bass spring reverb the more mids the more gain. Both are basically single channel 60-70's rock style gain.the 50 watt has two independent channel with a boost and have a pretty decent amount of gain even without the boost. Nowhere near modern metal territory. I would say there are damn good rock amps, sort of tighter higher gained reverberockets
