    I've seen plenty of bands with cabs that were made out of like plexiglass and things of that nature, but never plastic..I would imagine the tone would be similar, but that tone wasn't that great.

        Car stereo people have switched greatly from wood to fiberglass.

              Yeah, our double bass player uses an AI amp. The thing is tiny. Blew my balls off the first time I heard how loud it could get.

                they did make 100w combos, I remember the ads in guitar mags "100w OF POWER, NOT VIBRATION" LOL, my Peavy Backstage was louder and sounded better.
