They're trying to get the refund AND the item. The giveaway is that they want to switch to some other means of payment when you ask to send to the address on the Paypal account. Odds are that the money order will not arrive when you refund the Paypal money. If you mail to the address on the Paypal account, they will probably claim it as not as described and your will be forced to refund. They might at that point return your item or not..Refund their money and sell the item to your friend. They were never going to buy your item and they hold all the cards.
