Members c_corie
Finally moved into apt. Don't really love playing the TOV or OR50 at quiet volumes. Looking for a low-watt head (maybe combo) for high gain with a usable clean. So far thinking gigmaster 15 or tubemeister 5 or 18. Don't really love those Black star amps, and don't want a mini rectifier. Any ideas/suggestions. May get a matching 110 or 112 cab-combos an option. Members 67mike
Jet City JCA22H is about the best bang for the buck out there. IMMEDIATELY throw away the junk Chinese tubes and put a pair of JJ EL84s and some Sovtek 12AX7's in it...and WOWZER!

Members guitarbilly74
The HK Tubemeister is really cool. JCAs are good too for $ cash. Can't go wrong with either amp IMHO.

Members theAntihero
A low wattage amp isnt gonna be all that super quiet if thats the idea, even 1 watt thru decent speakers is approaching 100db.

Members colejustesen
I really like my Egnater Tweaker 15 watt head... Though, it still can get pretty damn loud! I pulls off so many great sounds, I honestly can't believe how great this little guy sounds! Cole

Members musicmanmu
I have a friend who builds amps and is pretty good at it. Makes a lot of Trainwreck clones. Just made a 0.5 watt Microplexi. He also makes this:http://www.hallamplification.com/main.html?src=%2F#2,
