  • built A/B switch, has bleed through on off channel

So I built one of these AB switches, but when I have it on the output , the other has a little bleed through.

I use it to go to an amp, and a tuner.  I don't want the tuner in the circuit, hence the AB idea.  But when it's on the tuner out, I can hear a little guitar through the amp.  Any ideas why?

I'm not sure why there's some bleed through, but if you make it true bypass with a 3PDT, I think that'd probably fix it.
