Here are a couple pics of the scrapes on the pcb. This is the way I found it when I opened it to change the tubes. I don't think it is affecting the tone of the amp, but any help would be appreciated.

Please add this vid (biasing) to your vid selection, may be helpful for some of the guys - although I would suggest that the average user buys an adaptor from Weber or similar manufacturers.

Cool. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing my calculations wrong. I would be interested to hear your opinion on how much the bias helped the amp. I understand that they are biased a little cold from the factory.

Yes, we do set the bias cool-ish at the factory. We feel it sets the right balance between tube life and performance, but, now you know how to crank it up if you want to...

That is sorta weird... that "spot" next to R18? Is that a scrape? or is there actually something stuck on the pcb?

It seems like the replacement metal front grill is completely flat, that when installed will make it flush with the control panel. I would have liked it to have been mounted on a wooden frame with about a 1/2 inch underfold at the bottom where it is adjacent to the control panel. This would bring the panel forward to that of the standard front panel and the folded under grill would give it a nice finished touch. Mounting on a wooden frame would allow it to be installed in the same manner as the standard baffle. It would be more expensive but the look would be improved. Simple hard rubber sleeve type screw spacers could also be used to bring the panel forward and would be more cost effective. Doing it myself, I'll try wooden strips, one on each side. Don't think I'll need one for the top.

oops - what info were you waiting for? some of the cosmetic stuff is up on the compnay website already...

as for JetPacks, we have some announcements to make but those will roll out over the course of the next several weeks. The first one is super cool though, and should be in the company store at the end of this coming week.

(sorry in advance for the wall of text)

Hey guys, I have a jca20h that I have been dying to tweak a little bit. I love the sounds of the clean and crunch channels, but I'm a relative n00b when it comes to electronics (I know how to solder and have made some mods on pedals and my champ 600, but nothing major). I was just wondering if that schematic for the two channels and the depth knob is good to go or if there are components missing that more seasoned electronics veterans might take for granted. If it is all fine and dandy, I might start out with the depth knob and move up from there. However, I saw too that someone mentioned something about removing the circuit for the presence knob when adding the depth mod because they might trash the OT or something. Is that something I should be worried about? Or should I just add the bit of circuitry for the depth knob?

                            Thanks

                              It's good to go man.

And you misread, what was said was that both the depth and presensce circuit would equate to to much nfb on the stock feedback tap. Just switch taps like the schematic says and your good to go.
