  • 6 Days....................no cigarettes.

    6 Days...........no cigarettes.

    I'm going to "kick".
I can do it cold turkey.

    Still craving a bit.

    Had drinks on friday night.
It made me crave my balls off..........BUT I DID NOT SMOKE!
    That was tough.......but I didn't smoke.
    I know I can beat this ****************.
    IT'S PRETTY DAMN HARD.
I know I can "kick" cigarettes......

Six days- you're home free... for now.

But beware! A year from now, maybe longer, you might think "I'm cured now! In fact, I could smoke one now and it would be okay!"

DON'T DO IT!!! Once hooked, always hooked. You can quit for one year, or twenty- smoke one, and you're back...

Good advice. There is still a long hard road ahead of you.

Keep going you'll make it !!!!

Try not to think about how much you miss it or the cravings.

You have to keep your mind occupied with other things, like all those great guitars you can buy with the money you save, not to mention your health.

              Regards

              Shane

With a name like "TeleCastMaster"...your advice is like the gospell
                to me.

I learned long ago NEVER argue with a man who loves Teles.

Best of luck with quitting. I know it can be a tough road, but some of the possible alternatives are much tougher. You can do it.
