  • New trees....now what?

I've got a few massive live oaks in my yard. I've taken a few seedlings and raised them in pots, not they are 3-4' tall and ready to be planted.

I don't have room in my yard for more oaks.

Think I could plant them at a park or something?

Maybe I could sell them on craigslist?

What do you want for them, including shipping to 76078 (zip code)?..we could use some more trees on my property!

keep growing them in the pots...eventually you can rent them out or sell them as squirrel condos...

Send them out here to me.

I'll plant them in Taylor's yard when he's not looking.

PM me in October. I'll send you 10 lbs of red & white oak acorns. I rake at least 200lbs of 'em out of my yard every fall. I know for a fact they'll grow. The ones that I don't get up sprout by the dozen in the spring.

If you want post oaks, stop by here when you're in Atlanta. I've gots lots of little ones around our "woods" or I can send you the equal amount of acorns in the fall. I could make you a real deal on pines and sweetgum.

I'm pretty sure strato would buy them as carbon offsets.

Take a walk in the woods and plant them in a sweet spot.

I'm LOSING two trees from my yard soon

A big ash that's infested with emerald ash borers and a massive white oak that's mostly dead and has to come down before it falls on my house.

                          Gonna miss the shade.

In Ohio there is a ban on firewood crossing county lines due to the emerald ash borer problem. I'm pretty sure the firewood guys I buy from, the ones with beater pickups and take only cash, ignore that law
