..........I use granulated sugar as a sweetener.

Curious, what is sugar like before they granulate it? Is it in brick form? perhaps large sticks?

It was actually in the form of a 9100 inch cannon! Back in teh 1200s or about 1240 before the granulation revolution, people would walk up to the sugar cannons and say, ahhhhhhwww !! That's a sweet cannon! and as they would stick their heads down into the to0b, the cannon would go off and that would be the end of that little story!

I'm not ever going to go to that much trouble to make a cup of coffee. I just drink what we have at work and usually hit it with splenda and the vanilla coffee-mate creamer. Hospital coffee will sit up and bark at you. You have to have something to smooth it out a little bit.

That sounds like inhospitable coffee...or maybe spittable coffee...

any coffee you have to alter is not worth drinking.

Coffee is just the excuse for the cream and sugar, and I'd sooner drink used motor oil than non-dairy creamer.

non-dairy creamer is to real milk products what Tang is to fruit juice.

Not me. I take my coffee black. I can see using a little cream, but definitely no sugar. And what's with those vile, liquid flavorings for coffee. I don't get it.

Sheesh, I didn't realize there were so many Coffee Nazis. I stand corrected.

And while we're at it...I can see a little oil on a salad, but flavored dressings? No friggin' way? Ketchup on fries? Salt, okay, I can see that, but ketchup? WTF? Guacamole and salsa with a taco? Ack!.

I just don't care enough to make the effort to brew coffee like that. It's all about the morning pick-me-up. When it gets warmer, the coffee will be replaced with a morning diet 'Dew.
