  • Daddymack and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

It started this morning when a local DJ actually used my moniker as part of a bad spoonerism joke this morning on air...calls started coming in....are you gonna change your stage name? You should...blah blah blah...
the wind has been blowing over 50mph for days...Santa Anas...my allergies are off the hook....can't breathe, ache all over, can' taste my food....
forgot to pack my lunch this morning; had to drive home and get it during lunch...with the wind howling, dust blowing everywhere...
production is working overtime again, but forgot to tell me...now I have to stay later than usual

    so, how was your day?

Yeah, those Santa Ana can be a bee-yotch. I remember my nasal passages burning from the dry wind.

DM, Have you tried a Neti Pot for your sinus issues? Our singer and my wife both use them and say they experience significant relief. Might be worth a shot.

It snowed overnight, enough that I told everyone to stay home.30 minutes later I remembered I had an appointment at the store so I head in and tried not to open up fully.Didn't work and I have all day.

sold a few things and did a $12,000.00 quote and had some peace and quiet.

                        Hey, now...I resemble that remark!
I have been drowning in an everflowing sea of phlegm (aka 'snot') for days...stayed home Thus/Fri, since I couldn't talk on the phone, and am sneezing and coughing constantly.....on my third box of kleenex... nothing seems to help.
On the plus side, I have zero appetite, maybe I will shed some weight.

Well, at least you landed on your foot. By the way, what were you standing on when you fell? I usually start out on my feet and land on something else . . .

No offense intended, but (see above) . . .
