    Last night when we were running through Tim McGraw's "Felt Good On My Lips", my guitarist claimed that in addition to the running Eb in the intro, it was a bass not a guitar doing the melody in the intro... I say it's a guitar... your thoughts?

                I listened several times and I'm still not sure. Forced to guess, I'd go with bass. There's a certain quality to the sound that makes me think of notes fretted high on a bass neck.
