Yeah - I'll second that! Hope all the folks from here are safe and sound. We should do a role call.

We made it ok but the beach got tore up bad. Someone hit the temperature gauge and turned it down so that needs to be remedied.

Parts of West Virginia are under more than two feet of snow and at least 260,000 customers have no power as of midday Tuesday. Blizzard warnings remain in effect for more than a dozen counties. At least 33 roads were closed by snow, ice, high water, and downed trees or power lines. The governor has declared a state of emergency.

"Our whole county is pretty much cut off," said Jim Wise at Randolph County, W.V. emergency management. "There's no power, no electricity pretty much everywhere in the county."

But, isn't that normal for most of West Virginia?

We pretty much missed it. Very light rain and wind as it passed by offshore. But, like Happy said, it sucked the cold air right on into the area. It was 49F on the way to work this morning. I had to go to the long sleeve lab jacket.

Yeah, it got us pretty good....... 5 days of rain and winds up to 65mph, twees down and some power outtages .... schools closed, it was kind of funky. We still have rain coming for the next two days. With all that, hard to believe, the leaves didn't blow out of my yard yet
