Pulled the trigger on yet another STOTD a couple of days ago. They had the PRS SE One for $350. Essentially a Korean LP Jr. copy in korina. I love korina and p90s, so how could I go wrong? So far, I've been pretty impressed for a budget guitar. I tuned it and it had a very nice, balanced sound acoustically. I plugged into an Epi VJ to an old Carvin 412 and found several usable sounds very quickly. Fit and finish are very nice. I'm not all that crazy about the frets, but still, very playable for the price point. Anyone else get in on that? If so, what's your opinion?

Congratst on the new guitar! Can't go wrong with a P90. Hoorah for Korean guitars: quality and value. No reason everyone can't have a nice instrument at a reasonable price!

? ah, you mean SDOTD..stupid deal of the day...I was starting out with sexually transmitted...

Congrats on the score, that is a great deal on a PRS SE, as they are usually over $500. I've been looking at the 'Tremonti', which I would buy if I ever get back to work...although the Les Paul Junior Special is looking pretty tempting of late.

I saw that the other day, and was duly tempted.  Sounds like it was a great score!

No offense intended, but (see above) . . .
