  • Wrist issues...?

Not sure where to post this, but anyway:

About like once every other month, my wrist/thumb hurts when I play guitar. then I stop playing for a few days and it goes away, but then it always comes back. Not sure what it's from. My playing technique is pretty normal. What's this from? Any idea how to prevent it? It kinda feels like it's in my thumb joint.

I doubt any of us can diagnose you correctly over the internet, nick...I suggest you see a doctor or an accupuncturist and/or a physical therapist.

I'm not asking to be diagnosed over the Internet, maybe somebody had this before or knows what it is.

        How old are you?

Yeah still have it. That video didn't help. I think it's because my thumb bends back in the picture above. Does anybody else's thumb do that?
