I have a cover band for pop/rock/hip-hop... we play clubs, parties, weddings etc...Ive been thinking about starting to use IEMs, to get better sound for each member, and to reduce costs for the sound tech guy (hiring 4 stage monitors is expensive and takes a lot of space...).We are 6 musicians in the band: Female singerMale singerGuitar & extra vocalsDrumsSax/Synth guyBass So how does it work? how do we set it up and what do I need to buy? When working with IEMs, does each member get his own mix, or is it the same mix for everyone?
