Members cwehden Posted February 25, 2013 Members Share Posted February 25, 2013 Some of the stuff you are doing in chest voice during the verse is starting to work OK, it needs refinement but that's normal. The 'no body said it was easy' bit right now is pulled up you need to start to work on finding some release into your head voice. I have a video on my youtube.com/cwehden that talks about finding head voice, once you have some release you can add compression to it and find a more powerful sound but you have to walk before you can run. Often it's about learning to let go more and not panic which is easier said than done. Good job for posting up videos most people won't and it takes a brave soul to put videos up on a singing forum people tend to be very harsh even when they can't sing themselves, good luck.
