Please rate my voice ( Beginner)

Hello I am new to this forum.

 

I would like know what you guys think of my singing.

I am completely new to this. I've never had vocal lessons or any of the sort.

Can I sing at all? Am I singing correctly?

 

Please do not hold back in giving critiques and provide me all the necessary information to improve it.

This comes from someone who's kind of bad at singing and what not. but I think my musical ear is pretty good sooo...

 

I really like your voice and I think you have a lot of potential!

 

One thing that I hear is that you're not staying in key, like you go up a key then down again, I think maybe using an instrument could help, if you play any or using an instrumental from Youtube.

 

Other than that, I don't know, you sound pretty good, maybe some pitches were off, but that can be solved with practice.

 

I think you should continue singing, because the potential is definitely there!
