Members richardkim_co
I hear I can get some good constructive criticism on my vocals here. Since I'm new here, I should introduce myself. My name is Richard. I am a Korean-American countertenor K-Pop (Korean Pop) vocalist. I am a self-described perfectionist when it comes to recording vocals because I despise using pitch correction... because I feel like I'm lying when I use it. I do mostly jazz/funk stuff but once in a while will do electronic. If I feel soft in the inside, I may do a ballad. I need some real answers. Rip me apart if you have to. I want to know if it's actually worth it to continue doing what I do. Members highmtn
You have a great voice. Great pitch. Very high range. Beautiful tone. I'm not sure why you would need anyone to tell you to continue pursuing your singing, but if it helps, let me be the one to say it: Keep going. Don't stop. Be who you want to be. Follow your dream. Bravo. Bob
Members richardkim_co
Thank you. The reason why I ask is because my parents think I'm crazy for wanting to become a vocalist. I have a pretty secure job in web programming but would rather do music and I just wanted to know the opinions of people other than my friends and family.
