I CURRENTLY HAVE A 512MB CHIP AND THREE 128 CHIPS IN MY G4 SAWTOOTH (AGP)

I WAS WONDERING WHAT THE MAX RAM WOULD BE... WOULD I BE ABLE TO PUT 2 GIG OF RAM IN THERE?

THIS IS WHAT THE ON-LINE MANUAL STATES:
"To increase DRAM to the maximum of 1024 MB, fill all four slots with 256 MB DIMMs. Any
256 MB DIMMs you install must use 128 megabit (Mbit) device technology."

HOWEVER, I ALREADY HAVE A BIGGER CHIP THAN A 256 IN THERE. SO WOULD I BE ABLE TO PUT MORE 512 CHIPS IN THERE?
THIS IS MY LAST DAY ON OJ BITCHES!

You can put up to 2GB in it. OS 9 will only recognize 1.5GB. OS X should use it all.
