    Did you see it? God is it sexy....

    Pisses me off a bit, though...less than a year ago I got an 828mkII and DP4, and now there's a better I/O at the same price and a DP 4.5 upgrade (which I don't mind as much).

    Seems like an awful lot of stuff crammed into one box at that price point. You have to wonder at the quality, when its primary competitor (the Fireface) is nearly 2x the price...what corners were cut?

      Well, you do get what you pay for (typically), so I imagine the quality at 192 isn't the best. However, MOTU had no choice but to start offering more affordable 192k I/Os; even Edirol and other consumer grade companies have 192k gear now.

        Maybe their 192 offering is another 'Toob button' selling ploy..

        I have to say it looks alright though. I doubt it crap..

        I'm sticking with the fireface idea at the moment. Hopefully in the new year..
