Members Dendy Jarrett
Practice makes perfect. So they say. For some (with extreme natural talent) I have known, it isn't even something they do. Buddy Rich claims to have NEVER practiced. But for others, there is a natural progression towards betterment when they maintain a daily ritual of practicing. What is your philosophy? Members 1001gear
Build from basics. Perfect it slow or you'll never get it. Same reasoning; learn to play easy stuff at a professional level. Drummers have nowhere to hide on this one. Work your technique at the weak links. If that sounds like physical therapy, it is. If that sounds mechanical, it is. If you got talent, the music will show. If you don't, you'll still sound good.
