  • Any chromatic harmonica players here? List your fave soul/R&B solos

When She Was My Girl- Four Tops
I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues- Elton John
    That Girl- (from Stevie's "Musiquarium")
There Must Be An Angel Playing With My Heart- Eurythmics
I Feel For You- Chaka Kahn

Mine are all by Stevie Wonder, because I simply don't know of any other chromatic players in the soul/R&B vein. I would love for someone here to make me aware of another. Thanks!

Does it get any better than Stevie Wonder?

In more of a jazzy vein, thire's Toots Thielemans.

Here's Toots and Stevie blowing a few minds:

God(s) bless the rest of the world(s), too

Thanks for finding that one Terry- 2 harmonica legends, together! Nice change of pace from the all-too-often cliche-ridden and predictable blooz harping IMO.

I'm a chromatic player (Hohner modified HFC). I'm a fan of Stevie, but an even bigger fan of Toots.
