  • Guns n' Roses or Metallica?

I have a feeling that I know which was this poll will wind up, but I figured I'd try it anyway.

Guns and Roses released one good album. Metallica did something new and changed a whole form of music. Axl whines like a bitch too.

Metallica is the clear choice here, but Slash is a far more competent guitarist than Hammit.

They're both good at what they do, but I like Metallica more.

            Metallica

Guns and Roses still released some cool songs though.

One good album? UYI 1 & 2 are both great, in my opinion. I listen to them even more than Appetite. Not that AFD isn't a kickass rock record

For me it's Metallica. I do like GnR.....more UYI 1&2 than AFD, but Metallica is the superior band to me.

I had to pick GNR, they're more accessible on a daily basis. I have to really be craving the heavy to dig on Metallica. Both great bands though.

Hammett never soloed outside of a church in the desert. Slash's solo in the November Rain video owns anything Metallica will ever or has ever done.
