      That disclaimer sounds like some chain email mumbo jumbo and I'd guess that there's about a 95% chance it's not legally enforcable.

              Yeah I get those regularly. usually they are passed around by folks like my mom and her friends who don't really "get" the whole internetz thing. They see something luike that and they buy in immediately and panic.

                  I imagine that when you sign up and click "I agree" to the user agreement, all the stuff you post there becomes property of someone else... which making some random pseudo legalese status update won't override.
